The Bluffs on Manistee Lake is a great RV campground with lots of space between sites. The electric and water hook-ups are good and well-maintained. The beautiful clubhouse has exercise equipment, a kitchen, ping pong, and a TV area with nice couches. There are four washers and four dryers which are clean and have a folding table. The workampers are great and everyone is very friendly. You can enjoy a great view of Manistee Lake from the area open to everyone in the home section. The pool and hot tub are great and the entire grounds are very well taken care of. Plenty of options for sightseeing in the area along the western coast of Michigan. We would definitely look to stay here again if our travels bring us this way. The sites are nice with concrete pads and patios, and have decent spacing between them. The utilities are smartly placed and the water pressure is good. The campground is very clean with well-maintained permanent or seasonal RV sites. They are building a 55+ community here with small modular homes and sites for sale to build.

The Bluffs on Manistee Lake is a 55+ RV resort located in northwest Michigan. The resort offers top-notch community amenities in a serene environment, allowing guests to leave behind the hustle and bustle of busy cities and other heavily traveled tourist spots. The resort welcomes guests with Class A, Class C, Fifth Wheels and Travel Trailers, provided they are 10 years or newer and a minimum of 28′ in length. RVs older than 10 years or slightly less than 28′ must be approved by management. The resort offers 13 seasonal super sites, extra large 60′ x 100′ sites featuring concrete pad, stamped concrete patio and gas fire table with attractive landscaping. An 8′ x 10′ storage shed comes with the season. The resort also features a fenced-in, off-leash dog park, a clubhouse, pool, jacuzzi, and pickle ball courts.
