This campground in Manistique near Kitch-iti-kipi is a great spot for a road trip stopover. With water and electric hook up, you can easily settle in for the night. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and wood and ice are available after hours. The sites are grassy and feature a fire ring and picnic table, and some even look right over Indian Lake. Unfortunately, the sites are quite close together and the pull-throughs are narrow, but the campground is still a great option for a short stay. The bathrooms are clean and the showers are the best youll find. Wi-Fi is available, but only for one device, and there is an extra charge for running the A/C. The boat ramp is shallow and inconvenient, and you cant dock your boat overnight. AT&T phone service is available, but no cable or over the air TV. Verizon 3G data service is available, and Directv Satellite reception is good. Cash or check only, no credit cards accepted.
