This campground is located a few miles out of the small town of Marenisco, down a decent gravel road. It is a beautiful spot in a peaceful and quiet setting, with a variety of nice sites with plenty of shade. The lake view is nice and there are sites lakeside as well as some on the other side of the camp road. Families can take advantage of the lake for swimming and fishing, and there is a boat launch and picnic area. There is also a long nature trail and a connection to the interstate North Country Trail. Potable water is available from a well, and there are pit-style toilets. Cell service may not be available, so it is best to download a map before arriving. Large RVs may have difficulty navigating the narrow road in. There is also a risk of the road flooding in wet weather.
