This campground is located across from Lake Superior and a roadside rest area. It has full hookups and flat, level sites with plenty of trees for privacy. The owner is eccentric and friendly, and there are beautiful rock carvings throughout the park. There are no amenities, and the wifi and cable are not operational. The water is odorous and brown and the bathrooms are dirty. The price is high for the condition of the park, and the fudge shop is closed. The owners projects are scattered around the campground, but the library and pool table in the rec room are interesting. The trash dumpster was overflowing, the playground was frightening, and the cable TV did not work. There is no refund policy, and the owner can be difficult to contact.
