Each site comes with a fire ring and picnic table, and the bathrooms and showers are clean. However, the campground is situated between US 31 and a set of railroad tracks, so there is some noise from traffic and trains. The owners and staff can be friendly, but they strictly enforce the 5 mph speed limit and discourage wandering around the grounds. There is no pool, weak WiFi, and no sewer, but the park is still reasonably priced. The best part of the campground is its proximity to Lake Michigan, just 1.5 miles away.
