Sun Outdoors Kensington Valley located in New Hudson, MI is a large campground with several lakes surrounded mostly by permanent campers. The campground is gated and has dirt roads making for a dusty ride in via Haas lake Rd. The neighborhood is quiet and very friendly, offering many waterfront sites and full hookups with no issues. The golf carts are a great option for getting around the large campground. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and check-in is quick. There are boats and swimming areas, and plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The park has a free air hose that was convenient for topping off tires. While some campers noted that the lake was uninviting and the beach was small and dirty, others had an amazing experience, enjoying the sunset each night over the lake from their RV spot.
