The campground is gated with keycard access and is surrounded by peaceful countryside. The roads and sites are gravel and relatively level, making it easy to navigate in a 45ft motorhome with a tow. There are a variety of sites available, some with more shade than others, and all of them are well maintained. The showers and restrooms are very clean, and the owner is friendly and helpful. There is a 5 acre lake for fishing and swimming, as well as a playground for children. The campground also offers basic items in the camp store. Cell phone coverage is good, but there is no internet access or cable TV. It is an expensive campground for what is offered, but it is the best in the area and a great place to spend a few days.
