This campground is a great place to stay for a peaceful camping trip. It is located just off the interstate, one mile from the USA/Canada border crossing, and right beside Hwy 69. It is primarily a seasonal campground, with limited spots for overnighters, but the reception lady is very accommodating and can usually find a spot for you. The sites are back-ins and not always level, and there is an extra charge for the use of the dumping station. The utilities are good, with 50 amp electric and a well placed sewer connection, and the water spigot is one of four on a single riser servicing four sites. The clubhouse is nearby and offers clean and modern restrooms and 4 showers, including one handicap accessible. There is free WiFi, strong AT&T and T-Mobile cell signals, and limited TV channels on over-the-air. The park managers are very helpful and friendly, and Township Park #1 is right across the street with swings and an awesome spiral slide. It can be a little noisy due to the highway, but traffic slows down at night.
