Tiki RV Park & Campground in St Ignace, MI is a great place to stay during the week when its quiet. Even though the park can get busy on the weekends, its still very enjoyable and friendly. The campground is clean, well-maintained, and has a laundromat available for guests. While some of the sites might not be level and are a bit tight, there are many pull-through sites available as well as yurts for rent and tent camping options. One great thing about this RV park is its close to the town while still providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. Another plus is that its only a 5-minute shuttle ride to the Mackinac Island ferry, which picks up and drops off right at the door of the RV park. The staff is helpful, friendly, and always busy working to keep the park clean and running smoothly. Its easy to check-in with the self-registration process, and the office always has a map ready with a site identified in a box waiting for guests. The parks layout is built uphill in a forest, with sites ranging from shady to sunny. All sites have a level and gravel pad with the utilities located at the center of the site. There is a fire ring and picnic table available for guests to use. Pets are welcome, and while there is no fenced dog park, there is plenty of grass for walking pets on both the premises and along the side streets. The WiFi is only available near the office/laundry area, but with the parks proximity to Mackinac Island and other outdoor activities in St. Ignace, guests might not miss it much. There is some street noise in the area, but its not bothersome and actually adds to the feeling of being in a small, friendly town. Additionally, the nearby small local airport doesnt create much noise either. Overall, Tiki RV Park & Campground stands out as a clean, friendly, and well-maintained campground that offers easy access to Mackinac Island and in-town activities. We would definitely return and stay longer next time!
