What others are saying about this campground
This campground is located on the outskirts of Traverse City, Michigan, making it a great place to stay if youre looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway. The campground is well-maintained, with spotless restrooms and a convenient dump station. Each site has electric and water (not at every site), a picnic table, and a fire ring. There are individual tiled rooms with commodes, sinks, and showers with hot water, as well as two handicap-accessible showers. The roads are level, well-maintained gravel, and the sites are open with few trees. The campground is closed to outsiders during fair week, so check the website for dates. Its also close to a BMX track and a great city beach in Empire, Michigan. Verizon works well for phone and internet. The price is great for the area, making it a great bargain for an overnight stay.
