Weidman KOA Holiday is a beautiful, relaxing, and clean campground with courteous and helpful staff. There were many activities for the kids and adults alike, making it perfect for families. The mature trees on the grounds made the sites scenic and the foliage, in particular, was beautiful. The bathrooms were very clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and always willing to help out campers, guiding them into their spaces and assisting with leveling issues. We highly recommend this camp and will definitely be back.

Weidman KOA Campground (formerly Gammy Woods Campground) offers family oriented camping in Central Michigan. We are 20 minutes from Mt. Pleasant and Clare, and 40 minutes east of Big Rapids. We coordinate activities including arts and crafts for every age group, potluck dinners, musical entertainment that everyone enjoys, and theme weekends such as Jimmy Buffett Weekend in July and Water Wars Weekend! We also now offer hand dipped ice cream, sundaes and smoothies! Open to our campers AND TO THE PUBLIC!
