This campground is a great place to stay for RVers and campers alike. Located just off I-94 and a little east of Alexandria, the campground is associated with a gun club and may offer trap shooting in the late afternoon. There are 10 level sites with 50 amp and water, as well as a dump station. Check in is in the shooting park office, but there is a board outside with instructions and a drop box for payment if the office is not open. There is minimal highway noise during the day, but it dies off at night. The campground offers numerous wide, long, and grassy sites, and a huge area with grass for pets to explore. There are no tables, fire rings, or patios, but the rate is only $20.

The Alexandria Shooting Park Campground is located at Minnesota's largest trap shooting range. The campground offers 20 trap fields, 2 skeet fields, 5 stand, and 3D archery. Memberships are available and offer reduced shooting and ammo prices, access to self-serve trap and 5-stand, and coverage under the general liability policy. The campground also offers the opportunity to try before you buy shotguns with a wide selection of O/U, Semi-Auto, and Pump Shotguns available for testing. The campground is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4:00 pm, and closed on Tuesday and Friday.
