This campground is a great spot for a peaceful and quiet getaway. Located within the city limits of Bagley, it is just a few blocks away from town and close to Itasca State Park. It offers sites for all sizes of RVs, tent-only sites, and pet-friendly sites. There are also beach and boat launch access, and a great view of the lake from the camper. Although the RV sites are close together, there were a couple of open tent sites when we visited in the middle of the summer. The campground also offers cable TV at no additional cost, and you can even get pizza delivered! The wi-fi password was given to us, but it didnt work. Although the sites near the circle drive area are a bit difficult to get into, the sites closer to the entrance and playground are easier. The camp hosts are very friendly, and the management is friendly as well. Be sure to check all the details when booking, as the lady who made our reservation got some of the details wrong. The only other downside was that at 5am someone was driving around the park in a vehicle that sounded like a lawnmower.

City Park & Campground is a 30-plus-acre park and campground located on beautiful Lake Lomond in Bagley, Minnesota. The park offers the serenity of northern Minnesota, only with the convenience of civilization just blocks away. The campground has over 40 RV campsites and over 10 tent sites. The camping fees are $30 for RV sites and $20 for tent sites per night. The park has many amenities including a large beach and swimming area, sand volleyball court, basketball and tennis courts, softball field, disc golf course, and three large picnic shelters which may be reserved for events. Fishing is also a popular activity with a public access to the lake with a concrete boat ramp and two-boat dock to assist you. Lake Lomond has bluegills, walleye, and northern pike in abundance at almost twice the amount of other lakes in the area.
