This campground is situated on a nice grassy area with plenty of shade. It offers both short-term and long-term stays, with paved and gravel roads, and lots of seasonal mobile homes on the outskirts. Some sites have good shade, while others are wide open. The so-called dog walk is practically non-existent, but there is a trash receptacle in the form of a garbage truck. The price includes tax for 14 nights, and there is a discount for cash payment. The pool is cold, but there is no hot tub. If you have a boat, the fishing is good out on the large lake. The sites are mostly full hookup with cable (for an extra charge) and fire pits made of steel truck tires. The 50amp power is good, and the sites are level with hookups in the right place. The perimeter is a mobile home park, and there are many mature trees scattered around the campground. There is a marina on site, a pool, playground, and a small store. The restrooms and showers are newer and very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the campers are mostly respectful.
