Campground is located on the fairgrounds, so there was a lot of activity and noise. The campground was well maintained and the sites were level. The host was very friendly and helpful. Blue Earth Fairgrounds Campground is a small, but well-maintained campground located at the Faribault County Fairgrounds. It offers 16 full hookup sites with 50 amp service, picnic tables, fire pits, and large, level gravel sites. The campground is surrounded by trees, grassy areas, and a paved walking/biking trail. It is a great spot for families and pets, as dogs are welcome on leashes. The campground is very quiet, with an onsite host to ensure a peaceful stay. There is also a historic building collection nearby. The campground is conveniently located close to the interstate, downtown, and a variety of restaurants. The first 48 hours of camping are free, and the campground is a great spot for a quick overnight stay or a longer stay to explore the area.

The Faribault County Fairgrounds Campground is located in Blue Earth, Minnesota. It offers 14 electrical sites with full hookups, a dump station, and free WiFi. The campground is looked after by the world’s largest statue of the Green Giant. Extended stays are allowed with prior arrangements. The campground is open for the 2023 season.
