Norway Beach Recreational Area is the perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. Located on Stalker Lake in Ottertail County, Minnesota, the campground offers a variety of accommodations for both tent campers and RV/Camper owners. Tent camping is $20 per night and RV/Campers are $50 per night with electric, water and sewer hookups. Cabins are also available, equipped with a bathroom and kitchen, but require a minimum of 3 nights stay. The cabins are not modern, but provide a clean getaway on a nice fishing lake. The campground has four loops, with a nice bike/hike path between them. Though the restroom/shower building is not very clean, the sites are nice and there is plenty of space between them. There is also a lot of wildlife and thick wooded areas. Unfortunately, the lake has been replaced with rip rap, making it difficult to pull up a boat.

Norway Beach Resort is a Minnesota tradition in design and integrity of the 'Original' Minnesota resort. It offers old school charm along with a unique property and personal touches to enhance the guest experience. The resort has 11 one-to four-bedroom cabins, all modernized on the inside while maintaining the look and feel of an early 20th century resort. It has a beautiful sugar sand beach and offers plenty of things to do. Norway Beach Resort fully intends on providing a serene setting for its guests to enjoy the many splendors in northern Minnesota. Each guest will be treated with the kind of respect and attention that is reserved for families.
