GenieSummary
This family-run campground near Marshall, MN is the perfect spot for a summer vacation. With amenities such as a playground, fish cleaning house, paddleboat and canoe rentals, hiking trails, lake access with boat launch, docks, swimming beach, mini-golf, volleyball, game room, and an indoor gathering area for large groups and family fun activities, there is something for everyone here. The campground is well maintained and the owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The road leading to the campground is a gravel country road, and the sites are mostly occupied by long-term RVs. There are frequent speed bumps, and the lake view is amazing. There is a small store at the beginning of the road with a cafe and camping supplies. The park is very quiet and peaceful, and the public dock provides a great spot to sit and look out on the lake. Unfortunately, the showers are not kept clean, and there is poor cell phone and satellite reception.
