Welcome to Oak Park Kampground in Garfield, MN, a great spot for both short and extended stays. The location near I94 makes it an ideal pit stop, while the ample amenities, such as picnic tables, fire rings, and a playground, make it a perfect spot for longer stays. The childrens programs and paddle boats provide lots of entertainment, and the pool is always an inviting place to cool off. We received a warm welcome from the staff on our visit. While some reviewers have commented on the strict enforcement of rules, we found the staff to be welcoming, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The clean bathroom and shower facilities were much appreciated, and the convenience store had everything we needed. Overall, Oak Park Kampground is a gem that we will visit again when in the area.
