Everyone was very nice but I dont think Id return in a hurry. This campground is a great place for families and children, with plenty of activities in the area and a friendly staff. The sites are all grass and can be difficult to back into due to narrow roads and lots of residential trailers. Water and electric hook-ups are available, and the owner is helpful with a full service 50 amp spot. The campground is crowded, with multiple tents and pop-ups on each site, but the office/bathhouse/laundry area is new and very nice. The check-in experience can be poor, and the 1950s concrete bathhouse is too small to accommodate the number of weekend campers. The restrooms can be dirty, and bugs can be a problem. The camp restaurant no longer exists, and there are only port-o-potties near the swimming pond. Verizon signal is adequate for data plans.
