This campground is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Located just off of I-90, the campground is surrounded by cornfields and beautiful oak trees, sumac, and raspberries. The walk-in section of the campground is a short walk from the parking and vault toilet. The sites are shaded and private, with plenty of space and some grass. There are 4 walk-in sites down a small trail, away from the RV sites, making it a very private and peaceful experience. The showers and bathrooms were very clean and there was AT&T service at the site. The campground host may or may not be present, depending on the night, and there is a one-time daily fee of $7.00 on top of the nightly rate. There is great hiking with beautiful sights, and you can feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. If youre looking for a peaceful getaway, this campground is the perfect place to stay.

Kilen Woods State Park is a beautiful park located in Minnesota. The park offers camping, hiking, fishing, boating, and nature viewing. There are three campgrounds available: Yellow Medicine River Campground, horse campground, and backpack/watercraft campground. The park is located on the west side of the Yellow Medicine River and offers a variety of recreational opportunities for visitors.
