The bathrooms were clean and the showers were hot. The campground hosts were friendly and helpful. The campground is also close to a lot of agate hunting sites. This campground is a beautiful state park with plenty of hiking trails and agates to find. It has a wonderful interactive agate museum and nice bathrooms and showers. The campsites are large and private, with lots of trees and shrubs for some privacy. The lake is perfect for canoeing or kayaking and there are lots of birds to listen to in the morning. There is no full hook-ups in the park, only electric, and no dump station. The campground hosts are friendly and helpful. The park is close to the cities and the local town nearby is pleasant. It is a bit expensive for what you get and the roads are very narrow so it is not suitable for Class A motorhomes.
