Nerstrand Big Woods State Park is a beautiful park located in Minnesota. The park offers camping, hiking, biking, fishing, and nature viewing opportunities. The park is known for its big woods, rare species, and beautiful waterways. There are three campgrounds in the park: the horse campground, the backpack/watercraft campground, and the Yellow Medicine River Campground. Please note that the highway that used to run through the park has been permanently closed, so visitors must use alternative routes to access the park.
