This family friendly campground is a great getaway for a quick camping fix. It is a great place for families, with a non-motorized lake great for kayaks or canoes, a decent pool, a playground, and a community room with board games and more. There are lots of trees, shade, and grass in a park-like setting, and the new owners are working hard to make it better. It is not big rig friendly, and best suited for seasonal and local weekend campers with smaller trailers and tents. The smell of mold and dampness in the office/store is a bit off-putting, and it can be overpriced for the amenities offered.

Kozy Oaks Kamp is a family-owned, family-friendly campground offering activities for all ages. It is conveniently located on Horse leg lake, a small non-motorized environmental lake. The grounds are adjacent to hiking and biking trail access at Irving and John Anderson County Park. The campground offers large wooded and open sites, seasonal sites, group camping, pull-through sites, electrical and water hookups, hot showers, flush toilets, dump station, picnic tables, fire rings, firewood, recreation room/arcade games, horseshoes, volleyball, heated pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day), open areas for sports and games, paddle boats/canoes/bikes, R.C track-battery cars welcome, use of fuel cars limited to certain hours, snack store, and more.
