Lake Itasca State Park is a great family-friendly campground located about 10 miles north of Park Rapids. It offers a nice road for easy entrance, and water, sewer and electric hookups. There are mostly seasonal campers, with only two spaces for transient RVs. The ground cover is mostly fine sand and dirt, so it can be a mess if it rains. Payment is required in advance and is non-refundable. The pool, showers, lodge, petting zoo, game barn and pavilion are all very nice. The lake view from the wooded campsite is spectacular and Lake Itasca State Park is a short drive away. There is plenty of activity for families during the summer.

Breeze RV Resort is a picturesque northern Minnesota RV park and campground located along the sandy shores of Eagle Lake in Park Rapids, MN. The resort covers over 50 acres of beautiful pine and birch forest with three seasonal cabins for rent in addition to nightly, weekly and seasonal RV camp sites. They offer over 1,600 feet of sandy lakeshore, a heated outdoor swimming pool, marina, fishing pier, boat ramp, recreational lodge, convenience store, laundromat, playgrounds, showers and more. Breeze Resort is located in picturesque Park Rapids offering the convenience of nearby restaurants, shopping, and recreation with that unique Minnesota “up north” feel. Plus, the resort is located next to Eagle View Golf Course.
