Clara Lake Rustic Campground is a beautiful campground located on the shore of Clara Lake in a stand of pines. It is close to other lakes as well, making it a great campground for a weekend of fishing or just relaxing near the water. The campground has 3 pull-in sites that can accommodate RVs up to 21 feet long. There are no reservations accepted, and there is no fee at rustic campgrounds. The maximum occupancy per site is 9 people, and there is space for one vehicle and one towed vehicle (such as a boat trailer). Additional vehicles on the site must park on the spur. No vehicles may park on the grass or where they impede traffic. There is no drinking water available, and visitors are advised to pack out all their garbage, including fish remains from cleaning fish. New accessible vault toilets were installed in fall 2022 from Great American Outdoors Act funding.
