What others are saying about this campground
Zippel Bay is a great place to get away from it all and enjoy nature. The sites are spacious and private, the lake is beautiful and the wildlife is abundant. There are no electrical hookups, and showers are a significant drive from campground, but the views along the lake-shore are well worth the trip. The campsites vary a lot in size, but most are level and relatively private. Theres a shower house and pit toilets that are very nice. The park is under utilized but a great family camping experience, with lots of great wild berry picking (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries). The beaches along Zippel Bay are beautiful and shallow enough for kids to enjoy swimming. It is one of the best campgrounds we have stayed at, and the staff is excellent, very friendly and informative.
