This campground is the perfect place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Located in DeSoto National Forest, its the furthest campground northeast, making it the perfect place to get away from it all while still being close enough to civilization. The campground has hot showers, electric, and a rustic feel. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, and a short .5 mile nature walk. The pads for the trailers are small and narrow, some with a sloped edge and some flat, and the amps are 30. The water pressure is average and there is a dump station. Large trailers or motorhomes longer than 30 feet or ones that require 50 amps are not recommended. Enjoy the serene atmosphere and the beauty of nature. Be aware that the roads are winding and narrow with tight turns and drop offs.
