Hattiesburg / Okatoma River KOA in Hattiesburg, MS is a clean, well-maintained campground with friendly and helpful staff. The park is off the beaten path, making it quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of activities to do within the park, such as swimming, fishing, basketball, and a playground for children. Additionally, there is a dog park and a newly built outdoor area with a kitchen, tables/chairs, and a game area. The prices are reasonable for kayak/canoe rental and primitive camping. The shower and restroom facilities are clean and well-organized. Although there were some minor issues such as potholes in the drive and small gravel pads, the overall experience was great. If youre looking for a perfect place to camp, you will not be disappointed with Hattiesburg / Okatoma River KOA.
