Haas-Cienda RV Park is a small campground located about 1/2 mile from the interstate. The roads are sand and dirt, rough and narrow, and the sites are grass and mostly level. The power and water were ok, but the sewer holes were plugged and the facilities were dated. There are no activities, no playground, no pool, no restaurant, no laundromat, no pay phone, no burn pits, no esthetics, and no camp store. It can be noisy at night with loud, boisterous guests, many tenters and dogs that bark. The owner was cutting corners while adding new underground wiring for new RV sites, and refused to take responsibility for any power surge or outage that affected the surrounding homes.
