Sardis Lake also has several trails designed for short leisurely hikes, including the Sandstone Nature Trail, Sandstone Fitness Trail, Clear Springs Nature Trail, and Clear Creek Mountain Bike Trail. The lake is also a popular fishing destination, with limited shoreline available to the public for development, and offers opportunities to catch largemouth bass, crappie, or catfish.
