This campground is located on the state line of Mississippi and Tennessee and offers a secure facility. It is well maintained, with spacious paved roads, cable and wifi for each site, and additional storage for sports equipment and other items. It also has a rec center and office, as well as a huge fenced in detention pond area for dogs to run loose. Unfortunately, tents and certain types of RVs are not allowed, and the park is located in the takeoff flight path for Memphis International, making it noisy at times. The office staff is friendly and helpful, and the pull through site is conveniently located in the front. However, there are many trees with limbs that need to be trimmed. Ear plugs are recommended for those who want to sleep past 3 or 4 AM.

The RV park is a Good Sam Rated Park and is the perfect destination for travelers looking for a safe and secure place to stay. The park offers full hookups with 50, 30, 20 AMP electrical, water, sewer, and 70 Channel premium cable TV, plus Wi-Fi access throughout the park. The park has a tree-lined dog walk for pets and is surrounded by trees, giving it a country feel with all the city's conveniences. The park has friendly, courteous staff on premises 24/7 to assist guests with all their needs. The park offers extended stay options and is minutes away from all Memphis attractions.
