Its a great place to relax and enjoy nature. The campground is located off the Katy trail and is newly paved. There are plenty of spots for parking and the drop toilets are nice. There are several technical mountain bike sections located in the park and lots of big lots for camping. The best spots are around #11, where theres a great view of a pond and bluffs, and a nice tree for shade. Theres also a sandy beach area surrounding the pond, making it a great place either lay in the sun or to go fishing. There are picnic tables and fire rings, and a seasonal bathhouse that is clean and well kept. There are also 6 cabins you can rent, but they fill up fast. The park is beautiful and a great place for a quick escape from St. Louis.

From The Campground
Klondike Park is a 250-acre scenic property located in Missouri's wine country. It features more than 4 miles of natural and paved trails for hiking and biking, a large fishing lake fully stocked with bluegill, bass, and catfish, and free boat ramps to access the Missouri River. The park also offers six rustic cabins that sleep up to six guests, 43 campsites with restrooms and a shower house nearby, a modern meeting facility, a unique birding/wildlife area, picnic shelters, and playgrounds for children. A unique lookout bluff provides picturesque views of the Missouri River Valley, as well as the historic Katy Trail.
