Located in Cameron, MO, Wallace State Park is a beautiful and peaceful Missouri state park with plenty of space between sites. Although the road into the park may be tight for larger motorhomes, once inside, visitors are greeted by pleasant and helpful staff who will ensure youre comfortably situated in one of their longer, level, and nice paved pads, and suggest alternate site options if needed. The campsites provide fire pits, picnic tables, and great grassy areas for relaxing, and the campground is surrounded by nature. There are plenty of places to walk dogs, spot wildlife, and enjoy trails. The absence of 50 amp power, water, or sewer hookups may seem constricting, yet the 20/30 amp power and spotless modern showers make up for that and make this a true bargain at $21/night. Perfect for a long stay or for just an overnight stop, Wallace State Park is an excellent option for those in the area who favor a clean and well-maintained natural setting to park their RV.
