Cozy Corners is the nicest RV park in the Truman Lake area, located just 5 miles from town. The park features free WIFI, a clean pool, and a store with great food and bait and tackle. Sites are mostly seasonal, but there are some pull-throughs with full hookups available for one night stays. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the park is just a short 60 mile hop from Kansas City. There is a fishing pond and a catch and release pond for kids, as well as a pool that should be open in 2008. The park also offers a drive-through spot for larger motorhomes and trailers. Unfortunately, there is no one in the office when you arrive, and the restrooms and showers have combination locks on the doors. However, friendly campers may be able to provide you with the entry code.
