The shower house, toilets, and laundry facilities (two washers at $2/two dryers at $2) were all clean during the visit. For those who enjoy catfish, the campground is a great destination. Campers who stayed in Loop A17, A18, and A19 got the added bonus of being close to a little walkway leading down to the lake. Although the spots are very hot and sunny in the morning, they provide shade in the afternoon. Loop B has a new playground which is right behind site B47 and nicely maintained. Visitors should note that there are no benches or picnic tables at the playground, so they should bring their own camping chairs if they plan to stay for a while. The lake offers plenty of fun activities for campers, including kayaking and swimming.
