Ladybug Campground is a small, family-run campground located conveniently off I-44 and Historic Route 66. The campground is surrounded by trees, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The driveway is long and narrow, with a deep water-filled ditch at the entrance, so it is important to have enough room when entering or leaving. The sites are large and shaded, with a picnic table, grill, and fire ring. The campground also offers a pavilion and newly renovated swimming pool. Unfortunately, there is no Wi-Fi or television service, but the nightly rate is a good value for the amenities and setting. Be aware that a church is within close range of the RV sites, and on Sunday more than 100 cars park there, so it can be difficult to arrive or leave during that time. The owners are friendly and accommodating, and will do their best to make sure guests have a pleasant stay. Ladybug Campground is an ideal spot for a quick stopover or extended stay in the area.
