This campground is the perfect spot for a getaway on Stockton Lake! It offers several beach access spots with rocky terrain but no sand beaches. Campsite 1 is right next to the playground and offers a beautiful view of the lake. The marina is within walking distance and has a restaurant, shop, and rentals for pontoons, jet skis, kayaks, and canoes. The campground has two loops, East and West, and offers electric hookups, a dump station, and fresh water spigots. The bathrooms and showers are clean, and the camp hosts are friendly and helpful. The lake has kayak trails and beautiful swimming beaches. There are also miles of mountain biking trails. The downside is that the sites are not very level and there are lots of little flying bugs in the evenings.

Stockton State Park is located in southern Missouri and offers a range of activities for visitors. The clear waters of Stockton Lake are perfect for water skiing, scuba diving, swimming, and fishing. The park is also great for sailing, with a perpetual southwest breeze and a nationally recognized sailing school housed at the marina. Two boat launches make it easy to get in the water, as does a swimming beach. Want to stay on land? The park is great for photographing wildlife, picnicking with the family, hiking or just reveling in the beauty of southern Missouri. The park also offers a range of lodging from campsites to cabins.
