From The Campground

Deer Leap Recreation Area is a primitive campground located on the east bank of the Current River. It provides a boat launch and floater access/tuber launch. The campground is shady and quiet, good for visitors who like a little privacy while camping. Amenities include accessible toilets, drinking water, picnic tables, fire rings, and grills. Activities include camping, fishing, boating (motorized and non-motorized), and tubing.
