This campground is located near the Current River and is a great spot for outdoor enthusiasts. It offers a variety of activities, including rafting, tubing, kayaking, double kayaking, and canoeing. The roads in the park are full of pot holes, and the sites are dirt with very little grass. There are three hardstands with sewer hookups, and fourteen sites with sewer hookups. The fifty amp power is good, and Verizon service is good. The park is wooded with lots of shade, and the employees are very friendly. There is an on-site trash pickup, and the bathrooms were recently painted and are generally clean. Pets are allowed on leash, but the managers dogs run loose. There is a super clean shower house, and it is a nice family friendly environment. The owners are eager to please and helpful. However, there are no cable hookups, and the water hookup does not always work. The other campers can be noisy and partying late into the night.
