Hanson Hills Campground in Fulton, MO, offers a camping experience surrounded by lots of trees and fairly level sites. It has a laundry, pool, and a playground, with beautiful views and nice amenities at a good price. However, the years are showing in some areas, such as the rough, water-stained restrooms with broken tiles on the floor, non-working showers, plywood stalls with sagging doors, and loose toilet seats and toilets. Moreover, the electrical boxes are rusty and have broken conduit fittings and loose outlets. The washers are rust-stained but seem to do the job while clothes will take two runs to be dry. The campground is accessed by a 1.5 mile washboard gravel road after you turn off I-70. Its alright for a nights stay if you have a moderate tolerance for outdated facilities.
