Sure to return. This campground is located in a great spot near a lake, with easy access to restaurants, gas stations, banks and other necessities. Sites are long, but some are on a steep hill and not level, with gravel and narrow, dusty roads. Restrooms are quiet but not the cleanest, and trash cans were not emptied during our stay. There is no camp host on site, and you must either call to make a reservation or put money in a box. The owner was friendly and loaned a longer water hose when needed. It is a good place to relax, but may be overpriced.

From The Campground

Laurie RV Park is a fantastic campground located on the West Side of Lake of the Ozarks. The campground offers tree-covered campsites, a 1/2 acre fish pond, pull-through and back-in campsites, full hookups (30/50 amps), clean bathrooms and showers, a clubhouse for parties, and lots of space and trees for relaxation. The campground is a short drive to the Gravois and Osage Arms on Lake of the Ozarks. Rates are $39/nightly or $525/monthly for campsites with 30/50 amp hookups for 2 people. Additional $2 per person. Kids under 12 stay for free. The camp hosts are very friendly and helpful. The campground is a great place to stay and explore the area, or just relax and enjoy the gorgeous setting and views. It is open year-round and early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional charge.
