From The Campground
The Ozark National Scenic Riverways Campgrounds offer a variety of camping options for visitors to the park. Family camping is available in designated camping areas only, while floaters can camp on any gravel bar as long as they are not within 1/2 mile of a designated campground. Drive-in or hike-in campers must camp at designated camping areas within the park. The campgrounds offer amenities such as restrooms, tables, fire grills, and lantern posts. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm - 6 am. Visitors are advised to keep food and garbage locked away in containers, in a vehicle, or by hanging it high to avoid attracting small critters. Firewood should not be brought in, instead, visitors can gather dead and down wood around the park or buy local firewood close to the campgrounds. The campgrounds are family-friendly and visitors are expected to follow campground regulations.
