This campground is a great place to stay for those over 55 looking to explore Kansas City. It is conveniently located near I-70, Arrowhead/Kaufman Stadium, and downtown, as well as the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art, Plaza shopping, and Worlds of Fun. The owner is very attentive and makes sure the grass is mowed and snow plowed. There are no amenities, but each space comes with a concrete pad and utilities. The campground is also close to local restaurants and shopping, as well as hiking trails in the area. The price is $30 a night on a weekly rate, and full hookups and WiFi are available. There is no cable or wi-fi, but the antenna provides good reception of many local channels.
