Lake View RV Park & Campground is a beautiful 25-acre campground shaded with Oak trees overlooking a 35-acre rock quarry lake. The lake is perfect for swimming, fishing, boating, skiing, and wave runners/jet ski. The lake is stocked with channel cat, large mouth bass, crappie, bluegill, and walleye. The campground offers 18 RV sites, most with concrete pads, camping sites, and tent sites. Amenities include free firewood and access to the lake, wireless internet, a 9-hole golf course within a mile, a public swimming pool within a mile, a small petting zoo with goats, mules, and lamas, a tree house with swings and a slide, a boat dock with a swimming area for kids, air-conditioned/heated restroom, shower and laundry room. The campground is open year-round and offers handicap facilities. The Locust Creek Conservation Area (3,469 acres) is approximately 2 miles from the campground, offering hunting, fishing, hiking, wildlife viewing, and outdoor photography. The campground is nearby gasoline, propane, a restaurant, and a convenience store. The rates are $20.00 a day, $120.00 a week, $200.00 for 2 weeks, $275.00 for 3 weeks, and $300.00 a month during summer (March 1st-Nov. 30th) and $25.00 a day, $150 a week, $225.00 for 2 weeks, $300.00 for 3 weeks, and $325.00 a month during winter (Dec. 1st-Feb. 28th). Tent or Pop UPs with no hookups are $10.00 a day, and with hookups are $15.00 a day.
