This campground is located right on or near the Black River in Missouri and offers a secluded and peaceful camping experience. Surrounded by a gorgeous forest, it provides a wide range of trees to see and plenty of opportunity for fishing. The sites are level with 30amp electric and two shower rooms in Birch loop with plenty of hot water. There is a swimming area listed but it is just a patch of mud beside the boat ramp. The campground is mostly used by boaters utilizing the ramp to the Black River. Although the facilities have been removed and the campground is mostly abandoned, it is still a great spot for primitive camping and nature activities.
