This campground is a great destination for RVers, cabin getaways, and even tent campers looking for a fun and convenient getaway. There are plenty of pull-through sites available, with full hookups, 50 amp service, wifi, cable, and concrete patios. Upgrade sites are available with larger outdoor living areas. There are also a few tent sites, although they are all in one crowded area with little seclusion or cover. There is a pool (in season), a playground, a pirate ship, a basketball net, tether ball, and two hiking trails. The campground is located five minutes from Silver Dollar City, and you can hear the train from the park blow its whistle in the distance. The sites are shaded and comfortable, and there is plenty of wildlife to enjoy. However, the pull-through sites are close together and the oncoming traffic is usually traveling at a high rate of speed, making it a bit dangerous.
