Lamberts is a year-round campground that offers Passport America rates of $24-$25. It is located a couple of miles away from the popular Throwed Rolls restaurant and there is a van that will pick you up for dinner. The campground is close to the road and there is traffic noise. The sites are suitable for 40 footers and an electrical extension cord is needed to reach the power box if you plug in from the back of the RV. The bathhouse is a good walk away and the laundry facilities should not be used as the clothes will become stained with the brown color. The positives are that the park is well maintained and there is a nice grassy area to walk dogs. The owner lives on site for supervision of rules and safety.
