Conveniently located to other entertainment and dining. Scallywags Campground is a great place to stay for a holiday weekend! Each site has full hook ups and the staff are super friendly and helpful. If you need parts and pieces, they are eager to help you out. The campground is clean, organized, and quiet, and the camp hosts are friendly and welcoming. The campsites have access to a covered or uncovered boat slip that is a 5 minute walk away. There is a waterside restaurant called Captain Ron’s at the bottom of the hill that is family friendly and has lots to offer. The campground is close to a local hangout/bar, located at MM 34.5, and a very nice grocery store (Woods) just a few miles on up Highway 5. There is also convenient access to other entertainment and dining. The interior gravel roads are fair to poor, but there is some tree cover on some spots so Sat TV could be an issue for you. The water pressure at the hydrant is very low, so you may need to use your on-board pump to shower for better pressure. The sites are extremely tight and close together, and it can be difficult to get in a 43 Diesel. There are also several mud puddles around that may create a problem when you leave.

From The Campground
Scallywag's RV Park is a new addition to the Buccaneer Bay Resort facilities, located on the west side of the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri. The RV Park offers daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal rates for recreational vehicle sites. Nearby attractions include restaurants, a movie theater, outlet mall, grocery stores, and Wal-Mart. The park features 30-50 Amps, water/electric/sewer hookups, lake access nearby, and is pet-friendly.
