This campground is located 8 1/2 miles south east of Warsaw, Missouri and is a great place for first-time campers. It has gravel sites, full hookups, and plenty of shade. There is a short walk to the lake for fishing or a boat launch. On weekends, there is an ice cream and pizza place nearby. The campground owners are active and take great care of the park. There is an odd electrical policy where you are charged $3.00 per 12 hours if you use a/c and you are on the honor system. There is also a strict policy against swimming in the pool if you have been swimming in the lake. The staff is friendly and the campground is clean. Pull through full hook up spots are available with 30 or 50 amp. There are mature trees for lots of shade and great landscaping. Make sure to bring what you need because there is no store on site or in the immediate area.

From The Campground
The Last Resort Campground is located just outside of Warsaw, MO on the 82.5-mile marker of Lake of the Ozarks. The campground offers overnight and annual sites, and amenities include a pool, fishing stations, and clean shower houses and restrooms. The on-site Big Poppa's Pizza & Ice Cream serves Hunt Brothers Pizza and wings along with Central Dairy Ice Cream. The campground is family-friendly and offers beautiful sunset views of the lake.
