River Edge Campground is a small, 12-site RV park located right off the I-90. It offers easy access to the highway and scenic views of the Clark Fork River, but no road noise. The sites are large and each one shares the pedestal for electric and water, with vehicles facing opposite ways. The roads are tight and the driveway may not hold larger vehicles, but with a little maneuvering and help from friendly campers, it is possible to fit in. The owner and staff are very nice, and the bar, restaurant, and gaming machines are great. The laundry area is old and not well maintained. There is a small town nearby with an amazing bookstore. The sites are crowded, but the setting is beautiful.
